TCM provide Exhibition Trailer Hire to town centre high streets and showground locations across England, Scotland and Wales, enabling you to take your sales and marketing message on the road.
We specialise in small to medium sized trailers which are suitable for high street sales and promotions, and are a cost-effective option for exhibiting on showgrounds.
Trailers are delivered direct to site for your convenience and collected at the end of the hire period. Our trailers are equipped with combination padlocks, with no complicated key handover procedures, and are designed to be simple to use with typical set up times of less than five minutes.
Our units give clients the opportunity to maximise direct sales and product/brand awareness at high footfall venues, whether they are high street promotions or showground exhibitions.
We work with large media and broadband organisations such as Virgin Media, field marketing agencies working with large utility companies such as EDF Energy, Great Britain Rugby League and Saracens Rugby Union, football clubs, major photographic studios, health promotion agencies, pharmaceutical companies, local authorities, and a range of companies exhibiting at agricultural and county shows.
We offer tailor-made solutions to your exhibiting needs with a number of options to enhance the impact and accessibility of your promotion, including:
- generator hire to power lighting, heating and visual
aids - disabled ramp
- bistro-style aluminium tables and chairs
- tea/coffee machines and drink fridges
- leaflet racks
- screens – either linked to a DVD player or PC
compatible to run from your laptop.
Exhibition Trailer Hire prices:
Daily delivery/1 day: £375 plus VAT, including delivery
3 days: £595 plus VAT, including delivery
1 week: £845 plus VAT, including delivery
Delivery at the start of the hire period, and collection at the end of the hire period are both included in the hire price. If daily delivery to the venue is required, please calculate prices based on daily hire price.
Power supply?
Trailers are equipped with spotlights and double electrical sockets – if power is available on site, TCM will provide the necessary hook-up lead, or generators are available to hire – typical prices £40 for a standard generator, £80 for a silent generator
Disabled ramp?
To ensure that the inside of the trailer is fully accessible, we are able to provide a disabled ramp for £10 per day
Seating?
All TCM trailers do include some seating – if additional seating is required, tables and chairs can be provided at £3 per unit per day.
Tea/coffee machine?
If you would like to offer visitors tea or coffee, TCM hire Flavia SB100 tea/coffee machines plus supplies. We charge £80 per week for the hire of the coffee machine, and then charge for the supplies used. Typical prices start from 30p per cup.
Literature displays?
If you need to display literature on the trailer, TCM can provide freestanding leaflet racks at no extra charge—subject to availability.
LCD/plasma screens?
TCM can equip trailers with LCD or plasma screens which can be driven by a DVD player or alternatively linked to your laptop on site – all our screens are PC compatible. We can fit a screen into the trailer of your choice for £175 plus VAT (26” screen) or £300 plus VAT (42”screen). Other sizes may be available – contact us for further information.
Graphics?
TCM can provide a fully comprehensive design package for your trailer graphics. Options include printing on to posters, foamex board or full vinyl wrap from your own artwork, or we can provide artwork through our design partners, Rapidweb. Please contact us to discuss your options in further detail.
